PLAN
Hunt the Good Stuff
The world is a crazy place! Never before has there been so many things trying to capture our attention. We are surrounded by choice and options, by decisions and possibilities.

Sometimes it is entertaining and sometimes it can become too much…
We then condition ourselves to switch off until something grabs our attention again. Sadly, this ‘switching off’ starts to become a habit and we overlooked the positive things that happen in our day.
Take the time to consciously ‘Hunt for the Good Stuff’.
Make a list (3) of the good things that happen in your day.
a) What are you grateful for?
b) Who makes you feel happy?
c) Who did you thank today?
Even better - do it every day for a week and watch how you start to notice the good things more often!
